3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Returns

Free Delivery: We offer complimentary delivery for all orders within Egypt.
Returns: Products may be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
If the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Warranty & Liability

Our products include a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized installation, or external factors.
Sharp and Tornado (El-Araby Group) are not liable for any indirect damages arising from misuse or third-party installation.
